One Afternoon in Glee Club…
“Mr Schuester, I have something to say to Quinn.” Puck said, pulling his guitar strap over his shoulder. “I’ve got a song.”
Both Quinn and Lauren, Puck’s now ex-girlfriend, looked shocked.
“Uh, okay, Puckerman, take it away.” Will replied, sitting down in one of the spare chairs.
Puck started to lay his guitar, accompanied by Artie on the electric guitar, and Finn on the drums.
Maybe I'm wrong, you decide
Should've been strong, yeah, I lied
Nobody gets me like you
Couldn't keep hold of you then
How could I know what you meant?
There was nothing to compare to
There's a mountain between us,
but there's one thing I'm sure of:
that I know how I feel about you
Can we bring yesterday back around?
'Cos I know how I feel about you now
I was dumb, I was wrong, I let you down
But I know how I feel about you now
All that it takes, one more chance
Don't let our last kiss be our last
I'm outta my mind just to show you
I know everything changes
I don't care where it takes us
'Cos I know how I feel about you
The other Glee kids looked as shocked as Quinn and Lauren had. Puck sang a girl song? Well, that was what Brittany was thinking.
The rest of the Glee club was wondering if this could be true. Could Puck still love Quinn after all this time?
“Quinn… I’m sorry that I was so insensitive after Beth was born…” he held out his hand, which Quinn stood up and took. “Can you forgive me?”
Quinn smiled at Puck. “Yes, Puck… yes.” she straightened up a little bit and kissed him on the cheek. “Thank you.”
